Kirkcaldy Ford Centre is looking to recruit a Trainee New Car Sales Executive.

About the position

We are looking for an individual who can stand out from the crowd, is willing to learn and who we are able to train to be a successful New Car Sales Executive.

This Trainee Car Sales Executive vacancy would suit someone who is currently working in a dealership and would like to make the step into a sales position or has some experience in a retail sales position. However, sales experience is not a mandatory requirement as full training and on-going development will be provided.

The successful candidate will have proven customer service skills and show the ability to work to deadlines and targets while always being a Team player.

You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting range of Ford vehicles. A large part of the Trainee New Car Sales Executive position involves:

• Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a “customer focused” attitude.
• Prospecting for new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database.
• Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
